What flavors are available for catering?

• All flavors are available for catering! Clients are able to choose any 5 flavors they prefer including our sugar-free options.

How big are the cups each guest gets?

• Sno-Balls are served in an 8 oz or "Jazzy" size cup; but you can choose any size for your event.

Do I need to place a deposit down?

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 24-hours prior to the event.

What if I need to cancel?

• In the event of a cancellation due to weather or emergency. Fluffy's Sno-Balls will allow the client to re-schedule their event at a later date that is mutually agreed upon by both parties up to 6-months in the future.

Do you provide insurance? 

• Yes we do! Please contact us if you have further questions regarding insurance.​

Do you have specific packages?

Do you cater only in Long Beach or Los Angeles?

• No! Fluffy's Sno-Balls has the capacity to cater anywhere in the following counties: Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, San Bernardino, Ventura, and Riverside. 
   

Can Fluffy's Sno-Balls make specialty sno-balls for my event?

• Yes we can! We can create any specialty sno-ball that will match your event and caters to your taste. This includes any toppings and/or cheesecake or ice cream to your catering order.

Do Fluffy's Sno-Balls have a food truck?

• No. We cater from a 10 x 20 festive purple tent.

Is there a certain number of hours I must book?​

• No, but we highly advise you contact us directly for your specific situation.
